Upon bad tenant vacating the unit, the goal of the project was to make a reno to increase rent and improve property cashflow. The bathroom was redone, all flooring was replaced, walls repaired and painted, hallways were cleaned up and painted, main entry door was changed and electronic lock installed. New tenants were found quickly bringing extra $3,600 per year.
